From there, we produce a scoping document that outlines the proposed approach, timeline, deliverables, and pricing — giving you a clear picture before any commitment.

Timelines vary with scope and complexity. An intelligent alerting engagement might run four to six weeks, while a full digital twin build could extend to three or four months. We provide realistic estimates during discovery and keep you informed throughout with regular progress reviews.

Final pricing depends on data volume, complexity, and integration requirements. We always provide a detailed proposal before work begins so there are no surprises.

Yes. Each engagement includes a handover period with documentation and knowledge transfer. We also offer maintenance agreements for model retraining, performance monitoring, and iterative improvements as your needs evolve. Our aim is to leave your team confident and capable with the tools we build.
